Due to a number of significant contract wins we are looking for EXPERIENCED and MOTIVATED SITE AGENTS:

• Reporting to Contracts Manager with the ability to manage the project team.
  
• Key skills include:
• Excellent communicator that commands the respect of the both colleagues and the clients team.
• Ability to work with HSEQ Manager to ensure Construction Phase Health & Safety is prepared and subsequently managed.
• Ensure that the duties of the Principal Contractor are fulfilled.
• Ability to ensure that the Quality & Environmental Plan is prepared and managed.
• Preparation (MS Project) of contract and short term programmes with project team.
• Liaise with and control sub-contractors.
• Ensure that the position of the company is commercially protected through effective communication.
• Degree qualification is preferable with evidence of continued professional development.
