Environmental enhancement schemes
Ashridge has an extensive portfolio of successful schemes which have all given a visual improvement to the streetscape. We can advise on the buildability and programming of such schemes In order to maximise pedestrian access and delivery of materials both to shop owners and the scheme.  Traffic management is also a key consideration when programming and phasing these works.

Paths & Cycle Tracks
Ashridge has built a wide variety of footpaths and cycle paths and carefully consider pedestrian traffic management when undertaking these works.

Street Furniture
This is often a feature of many of our hard landscaping schemes and we can advise on a wide range of specifications to meet client budgets.

Street Lighting
Ashridge is experienced in the installation of street lighting to local authority specification, as this is often a feature of town / city centre environmental enhancement schemes.

CCTV
Ashridge is able to offer an intergrated supply solution for the installation of CCTV. We have number of CCTV supply chain partners supported by the Ashridge team who install the cabling infrastructure and bases for the CCTV.

Drainage, Sewers & Culverts
By undertaking such works in-house we have developed teams of specialist operatives able to carry out work in difficult ground conditions. We are approved on the UVBD database.

Earthworks
We use the most cost-effective methods to carry out earthworks operations on our sites, where possible using our own plant. Re-use and recycling of materials is always considered.

Design & Build
We advocate early contractor involvement (ECI) and early understanding of services on environmental enhancement schemes so that we can minimise disruption to the general public.
